Joshua Feron Leabeater

Joshua Feron Leabeater is the Founder & CEO of Leabeater Holdings LLC—an entrepreneur and executive operations leader with more than 25 years of combined operational experience. His career is defined by a rare range: the discipline of healthcare operations, the ambition of a company builder, and the eye of an award-winning artist.

His foundation is in healthcare, where he spent years as a sterilization and infection-prevention specialist leading sterile processing operations and compliance in demanding clinical environments. That expertise led to one of his defining achievements: building ENBIO North American Operations completely from the ground up—as a team of one—and transforming it into a fully operational division while serving as North American Director of Operations and Head of Global Training. Along the way he managed multi-million-dollar operational budgets and built the training and process standards that scaled the business.

That operational lens became the blueprint for Leabeater Holdings. As creator of Clear Line KPI and LUXORA, and founder of Sterile Consulting Works, Leabeater Photography Works, Leabeater Media Corporation, Remix Station Studios, and JoshuaNotJosh Music, Joshua leads a family of companies spanning healthcare consulting, software, media, photography, and music—pairing a software developer's precision with a business strategist's clarity.

His creative work stands on its own. A graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, Joshua has earned 293+ international photography awards—including Photographer of the Year—for landscape, wildlife, astrophotography, and deep-space imaging captured on professional Canon equipment. As a published recording artist and producer, he releases original music worldwide as JoshuaNotJosh.
